About LCA

An in-house principal delay and time expert for leading Hong Kong construction companies for over 30 years. I have advised on some of the region’s most significant and complex disputes. My background includes extensive involvement in the development, prosecution and defence of high‑value commercial claims, supported by a detailed understanding of the factual, contractual, and procedural issues that give rise to disputes.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with numerous recognised industry experts across the geotechnical, engineering, dispute resolution and legal fields, and have gained unique insight into the requirements for effective development and persuasive prosecution of formal disputes.

This experience also enables me to identify dispute risks at an early stage and to advise on practical measures to mitigate or manage those risks before they crystallise. I provide bespoke, independent, objective and contractually grounded advice, tailored to each engagement; by integrating with existing client teams, thereby supporting informed decision‑making on commercial risk and dispute outcomes, and minimising cost.
